Established in 1982, Kam Fung Metal Manufactory Ltd designs and manufactures a full range of garment accessories including buckles, buttons, eyelets, rivets, rings, ornaments, cords and zipper accessories.
Our products are the choice of three fashion houses in the US. Each year, we supply over 3 million buttons, buckles, eyelets and rivets to them. You can trust your orders to us too. We welcome minimum orders for just 1,000 units.
Our 30 designers and engineers, each with at least 10 years of experience, can develop your own designs. You can also choose from our extensive catalog. We have over 20,000 designs immediately available, and introduce about 100 new styles every month.
To ensure quality of our products, we purchase raw materials from renowned suppliers in Australia, mainland China, Taiwan and South Korea. All production processes are carried out in-house to ensure effective control, from molding, die-casting, carving, pressing, polishing, silkscreen printing, electroplating and varnish spraying to rhinestones insetting.
Our 10,000-square-meter factory has a monthly capacity of 100,000 buttons, 230,000 buckles, and 1 million units of rivets and eyelets. All products are certified to Oeko-Tex standard 100.
